Together, we will work on:
• Creating your personal vision (long term goals)
• Identifying 3-month goals (short term measurable goals)
• Identifying 1st week’s goals (realistic stepping stone goals achievable in 1 week)

Step Three: Weekly Calls approximately 45 minutes. Each week’s goals will be reviewed (challenges and successes), upcoming week’s goals created, and personal vision revisited and revised if necessary. Follow up e-mail communication between calls
